Quite the Opposite Altogether

I often think about how my grandchildren will one day remember me.

It will not be as an old man uninterested in their lives.

It will not be as a sedentary man lacking energy to engage.

It will not be as a grumpy man they cannot approach.

I was tubing on the lake with my grandson Isaac (The New One) over the holiday weekend and I said, “This is boring. Anybody can do this! Let’s stand up and ride with no hands and scream until we are thrown off.”

He replied, “Have you lost your mind?”

It is actually quite the opposite kid.

Quite the opposite all together.
