Dump it Out

Thinking about people today; in particular, people I perceive have treated me unfairly. People who walked out, didn’t care to get accurate information and said things that hurt. I am sure everyone has a “they treated me wrong” bucket but the issue at hand is what to do with it.

My suggestion is to empty it.
Dump it out.
Forget it.
Move on.

The bucket is too heavy to carry anyway. It hurts your back and it hurts your heart. No good will come from it.

And the next time you see those folks, smile and say, “Hello, I hope you are well.”

And if you truly mean it, you have done something truly good.

You have forgiven.
